Course aims
The goal is to acquire tools that help change inefficient habits in body use, develop coordination and posture awareness, and thereby improve the quality of both learning and performance processes. To enroll in this course, students must have completed ÜAX230 (group sessions).
Learning outcomes
A student who has completed individual sessions will be able to independently practice and articulate the Alexander Technique tools (conscious inhibition and direction).
