Course aims
The aim of the course is to introduce the properties of digital sound signals and to present the basic methodology of sound analysis, synthesis and filtering.
Learning outcomes
After passing the course, the student is familiar with the main properties of digital sound and sound processing methods commonly used in digital audio workstations. The student knows basic principles of sound synthesis.
