Course aims
The aim of the course is to provide theoretical knowledge and historical context for understanding and analysing contemporary audiovisual art.
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to create links, find common denominators, navigate among the different art styles of the 20th century and see the historical perspective in contemporary audiovisual art. They will be able to analyse artworks based on influences that come from formal as well as historical perspectives.
