Course aims
The aim of this subject is to teach the programming of live-electronic, interactive and generative situations with the Max/MSP-Jitter modular environment, in connection with individual creative projects.
Learning outcomes
The student passed this subject
- is able to program complex live-electronical and interactive environments with the MaxMSP-Jitter programming system to a high degree on the control layer (MIDI, OSC) and on the digital signal processing layer, and in a slight degree in the field of realtime video treatment.
- is able to consider these into artifical-esthetical claims and requirements connected with performance in different formats of presentation (concert, performance, installation)
- prepares during this course an interactive piece, performance or sound (video) installation.
