Course aims
The aim of the subject is to gain in-depth knowledge about styles of chamber songs. Group work makes it possible to expand the student’s knowledge of repertoire, the skill to perform in front of an audience, and helps to develop analytical reasoning.
Learning outcomes
After completing the subject, students should:
- have gained an overview of different styles, which gives them the skills to independently work on a similar repertoire;
- be able to work with a text in a foreign language, know its word-for-word translation and find links between words and music.
