Course aims
The aim of the subject is to develop the ability to make music together in a vocal ensemble, to train individual part acquisition and solfege skills, and to acquire the ability to perform various a cappella vocal works. During the course, the student acquires the skills to perform in a vocal group both as a soloist and as an ensemble member. The subject also aims to develop the student's prima vista skills.
Learning outcomes
A student who has passed the subject:
- has participated in the preparation and performance of at least one larger or two smaller a cappella vocal pieces during the semester;
- has prepared their parts on a professional level for performances throughout the semester.
- can express himself or herself in a vocal group both as a soloist and as an ensemble member and can switch roles within one program;
- can sing prima vista at a good level.
