Course aims
Acquisition of the theoretical and practical knowledge of the principles of ornamentation and improvisation in 16th-18th century music.
Learning outcomes
Student is acquainted with the principles of ornamenting and improvisation of different styles in 16th-18th century music. He can apply the knowledge in practical interpretation. Student is able to write a cadenza for classical and baroque concertos.
